These are books I am currently reading or hoping to read this century. This is one of many stacks of random books. I also have several bookshelves filled to the brim with books I have read-books I want to read-books I think I should read (someday).
I am Jomomma and I am a bibliophile. I have been a bibliophile for over seven decades.
So, there you have it. This is a not so well-kept secret of mine. I cannot seem to let a book go once I have it in hand and I always have at least three books going at once. I have shelves and stacks everywhere and I cannot resist reading all the time…while eating breakfast—the proverbial cereal box or waiting for my dentist appointment to begin—I pick my dentists, doctors and pedicurists solely on the quality of the magazines they provide.
This section of my blog…the BOOK section, is not for reviews or true academic discourse…it is a place for me to talk about my reading experiences…past and present. I only want to share the wonder of it all and let the professionals pick the books apart and analyze them through bias and pomposity…I am all about that quirky thing that happens when I travel to another place by way of the word.
